I am a 1983 graduate of South Central High School. I received my auctioneering training in Mason City, Iowa at Reisch World Wide College of Auctioneering in 1984.
I apprenticed under the instruction of Randy Garner of North Fairfield and received my Auctioneers license that same year. I have continued working with Randy and conduct 25-50 auctions each year.
In 2000, I expanded my horizons and graduated from the Hondros College in Akon with a certification in Real Estate Sales. Later that same year, I passed the Ohio State Test of Real Estate. Since that time, Randy and I, under the brokerage of S. David Roush, have sold millions of dollars worth of Real Estate.
My wife Sandy and I, live in rural North Fairfield, Ohio with our 3 kids, Samantha, Derek and Summer.
I am active in the community, serving as Chairman for the Huron County Soil and Water Conservation Board. I have been a member of the South Central Local Schools basketball coaching staff, coaching for over 20 years in the junior high programs. And served 19 years as Fairfield Township Trustee.
I am a member of the National Auctioneers Association, the Ohio Auctioneers Association, Farm Bureau, the Ohio Cattlemen's Association, Huron County Cattlemen's Association, South Central Athletic Boosters, and the Huron County Chamber of Commerce.
Randy Garner has now retired and I thank him for all that he has taught me and we wish him the best in his retirement!
